Emotion and breathing constitute two intrinsic physiological processes inherent in us, serving as fundamental tools available for us to harness and navigate. They are constant companions, exerting profound effects on both our physical and mental well-being, extending beyond imaginable dimensions.
Breathing, a conduit for oxygen into our cells, facilitates the regulation of internal systems, offering an internal anchor that supports us through challenging times. Emotion, akin to a primal force, demands and enables flow, movement, and release. Skillful engagement with emotions can lead to a benevolent, steadfast, and loving connection with life.
The synergy of emotion and breathing fosters inner connection, healing, and growth. Remarkably, these two tools are ever-present within us, immediately accessible, and can be transformed into practical, everyday tools through a dynamic encounter with both experienced and newfound facets of emotion and breathing.
This transformative journey allows us to approach life with love, inclusivity, calmness, and peace. By delving into a deeper understanding of ourselves, we unlock new movements, changes, and relief, both in the short and long term.
Process Workshop: Emotion and Breathing
A single meeting encompassing emotion and breath can unveil a new internal space, prompting immediate change. Imagine the possibilities in a continuous process of exploration and self-discovery.
Believing in the power of processes, I have initiated a group where, over time, individuals experience and anchor their learnings about themselves within a supportive environment. With 20 years as a psychologist, I acknowledge the significance of incorporating the body into the therapeutic process, recognizing it as the repository for emotions, intellect, and the language of both words and feelings.
The workshop comprises practical exercises facilitating disassembly, assembly, depth, and integration, fostering connections to self and others, and linking emotion, mind, and body. Participants often testify to the substantial life changes this joint process brings. Twelve sessions, conducted in Hod Hasharon, include practical tools to alleviate anxiety, stress, and negative emotions, enhancing concentration, memory, and the ability to cultivate positivity and fluidity in life.

Lectures- How to take your emotions to the grocery store?
The lecture combines studies from the world of brain research, opens a window to the world of emotion and provides practical tools for individuals and organizations.
We will learn how to understand emotion, why emotion is stronger than logic, how it affects our daily life, how to harness it for our benefit and how to release it when it gets in the way.
We will learn how to go to the grocery store with emotion, we will acquire practical tools that can be easily incorporated into everyday life, as well as tools that will help drive a significant change in the corporate culture. As a bonus we will learn how to adopt the currency of love into our lives.
The lecture includes experiential tools from the worlds of emotion and breathing and is suitable for companies and managers.
The length of the lecture is about an hour and a half to two hours.
It can be held throughout the country, depending on the need.
